PTC Industries Limited has told the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aerolloy Technologies Limited, has received a development order from Safran Aircraft Engines for critical titanium cast part numbers, supplied fully machined and ready to fit, for the LEAP engine programme. The company made the disclosure on 14 Oct 2026 and attached a press release.

The press release says Aerolloy and Safran Aircraft Engines have signed a memorandum of understanding that sets out the commercial framework for these components. When development and qualification are completed successfully, the programme is expected to move into long-term serial production. The parts will be made through the group’s integrated manufacturing system, which combines titanium material capability, investment casting, hot isostatic pressing, heat treatment, machining, assembly and inspection.

The exchange disclosure describes the order as one from an international entity under a long-term agreement, and says the order value is not disclosed for strategic and confidentiality reasons. Chairman and Managing Director Sachin Agarwal is quoted as saying the selection validates the group’s integrated aerospace manufacturing capability.

    Inference

This is a development order, and the filing says production comes only after development and qualification are completed. No value or volume is stated, so the filing gives nothing that can be compared with the company’s revenue.

The long-term agreement is described by its framework, not by quantities or prices. Any later production orders would be reported when they are received.
