Inference
The cash flow statements for both consolidated and standalone results show net proceeds of ₹208.47 crore from a term loan in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026. The company allotted 15,269 equity shares in the quarter and 48,021 in the half year under its Employee Stock Option Scheme.
The filing says the insurance company finalised the claim for the fire at Manufacturing Facility-I and paid a balance settlement of ₹26.01 crore in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026, of which ₹22.51 crore was for asset loss and ₹3.50 crore for Financial Loss/Profit. Property with a net book value of ₹29.97 crore, net of accumulated depreciation, was written off in the quarter ended 31 Mar 2026. A fire at the external warehouse on 11 Mar 2026 is recorded with a ₹7.00 crore inventory loss, and the insurance claim for it is still being assessed, with any recovery to be recognised on reasonable certainty of receipt.
The filing does not state the reasons for the fall in other income or the rise in finance costs, and it does not state how much, if any, of the ₹7.00 crore warehouse loss the claim will recover.
