Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has told the exchanges that it has secured an order worth ₹310 crore, inclusive of GST, from Bennett University (The Times Group) at Tech Zone-II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The disclosure was made on 14 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
The order is for the construction of Blocks O1, O2, O3, R1, L and Q at the university. The company describes it as a domestic order for an institutional building, to be completed in 22 months. It says no promoter or promoter group company has an interest in the customer and that the order is not a related party transaction.

The order value of ₹310 crore includes GST, so the amount the company would record as revenue is lower. Spread over 22 months, it is about ₹170 crore for each year of the work before GST is removed.
