Income grew while profit fell. Total income rose 18.6% YoY to ₹176.81 crore, but profit before tax fell 10.7% to ₹5.01 crore and net profit fell 11.2% to ₹3.63 crore.
Other income of ₹2.73 crore is 1.5% of total income and 54.5% of profit before tax, so it carries a larger share of pre-tax profit than its size in income suggests. Revenue from operations rose 18.1%, slower than other income, which rose 68.1% from a small base of ₹1.62 crore.
Finance costs fell 47.4% YoY to ₹2.63 crore, which is 1.5% of total income. The filing does not give a reason for the fall. Quarter on quarter, profit fell 69.6% while total income rose 7.0%, and tax expense of ₹1.38 crore is 27.5% of profit before tax of ₹5.01 crore. The consolidated figures include the Singapore subsidiary and All Time Bamboo Private Limited; the auditor relied on other auditors' reports for two subsidiaries.
The Q1 FY27 quarter carried a tax expense of ₹4.28 crore on profit before tax of ₹16.24 crore, so the quarter-on-quarter comparison is set against a higher base. The consolidated profit attributable to owners of the parent was ₹3.64 crore.

Inference
The filing states that an exceptional item of ₹4.37 crore for the year ended 31 Mar 2026 relates to the non-recurring impact of the Labour Codes, and that there is no exceptional item in the quarter or the year-ago quarter.
The Board approved a further investment of ₹5.00 crore in All Time Bamboo Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, and the transfer of General Manager Rahul Vohra to that subsidiary from 1 Nov 2026. The filing does not give the reason for the transfer or for the fall in finance costs.
