Anant Raj Limited has told the exchanges on 7 Oct 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Orange Business Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 6 Oct 2026 with the Government of Haryana, through its Department of Industries and Commerce. The MoU is to undertake global marketing of Ashok Cloud and data centre services hosted in Haryana and to help overseas customers host their data in the state.

The press release says that in Jun 2026 the company signed an MoU with the Government of Haryana committing ₹25,000 crore to data centre infrastructure in the state, and that through group entities it has committed to about 307 MW of IT load across its Manesar, Panchkula and Rai campuses, with further investment in phases depending on demand, commercial viability and approvals.

    Inference

The MoU is about marketing and onboarding customers and does not itself involve a new investment or revenue figure. The capacity and commitments quoted come from earlier plans, and further investment depends on demand and approvals.
