Anuh Pharma signs a ₹72.90 crore asset transfer agreement to buy a Tarapur manufacturing plant
- Agreement

Anuh Pharma Limited has told the exchanges that it signed an Asset Transfer Agreement on 16 Oct 2026 to buy the manufacturing facility of Vanquest Pharma Private Limited at F-10, MIDC, Tarapur, Boisar, District Palghar, Maharashtra. The agreed value of the assets is ₹72.90 crore, excluding applicable taxes and fees, and the company says it is paying cash.
The assets include land, buildings, and plant and machinery used to make active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates. The company expects the purchase to raise its production by 525 MTPA (metric tonnes per annum) and to strengthen its production capacity and market presence in quality APIs and intermediates.
Vanquest Pharma Private Limited is a private company incorporated in India on 12 Jun 2019. Anuh Pharma holds no shareholding in it. The filing states that the counterparty is not related to Anuh’s promoter, promoter group or group companies, and that the transaction is not a related party transaction.
No shares are being issued as part of the deal, and no nominee will be appointed to Anuh’s board under the agreement. The filing follows an earlier intimation on 13 Oct 2026.
Inference
The agreement is a ₹72.90 crore cash purchase of a manufacturing plant, which the company expects to add 525 MTPA of production capacity. For shareholders, it is a use of the company’s cash to add capacity, and its effect depends on how the plant is run and how its output is sold, which the filing does not describe.
No shares are being issued, so the purchase does not change the number of Anuh Pharma’s shares. The seller is not related to the promoters or group companies, and the filing says it is not a related party transaction. The filing does not give a date for completing the transfer or for the plant to begin production under Anuh.
