Asian Energy Services Limited has told the exchanges that on 15 Oct 2026 it received the certified true copy of the final order of the National Company Law Tribunal approving the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Oilmax Energy Private Limited, the transferor company, into Asian Energy Services, the transferee company.
