Avalon Technologies Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that it executed a lease deed that day with the State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) for land at Plot Nos. A-53 and A-54 in the SIPCOT Industrial Park, Oragadam, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, to set up an industrial unit.
The land measures 25.08 acres and the lease runs for 99 years. The company says the agreement carries no special rights beyond the customary ones, that SIPCOT is not related to its promoters, and that the transaction is not a related party transaction.
