Bajaj Consumer Care Limited has told the exchanges that it released its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 Sep 2026 on 14 Oct 2026. Consolidated profit for the September quarter was ₹70.15 crore, up 66% from ₹42.29 crore a year earlier, and revenue from operations rose 25% to ₹332.83 crore from ₹265.27 crore.

Revenue was 3% below the ₹341.57 crore of the June 2026 quarter, while profit was almost unchanged from the ₹70.75 crore of that quarter. Total income was ₹341.44 crore, against ₹273.13 crore. Profit before tax was ₹86.76 crore, against ₹51.43 crore. Basic earnings per share were ₹5.37, against ₹3.24. The year-earlier figures are marked as restated.

Cost of materials consumed fell to ₹59.63 crore from ₹74.46 crore, while purchases of stock-in-trade rose to ₹82.89 crore from ₹36.67 crore. Advertising and sales promotion expense was ₹41.65 crore, against ₹38.89 crore, and employee benefits expense was ₹34.29 crore, against ₹34.19 crore.

For the six months, revenue from operations was ₹674.40 crore against ₹538.66 crore a year earlier, and profit was ₹140.90 crore against ₹80.57 crore.

    Inference

Profit grew faster than revenue because costs rose by less than revenue, and the mix of costs changed: the company spent less on materials it consumes and more on goods it buys for resale. The filing does not explain the shift.

The quarter was flat on the June quarter in profit and slightly lower in revenue, so the strong growth shown is against last year’s weaker quarter. Advertising spending was only slightly above last year’s level.
