Bajel Projects Limited has told the exchanges on 9 Oct 2026 that it has been awarded a major EPC order by The Tata Power Company Limited for the supply and installation of 220 kV GIS substations in Mumbai. Package A is a 220 kV GIS at the Salsette receiving station, and Package B is a 220 kV outdoor GIS substation at the Powai receiving station.

The company classifies it as a “Major” order, a band that its filing table places at ₹200 crore to ₹300 crore, inclusive of GST. The time period is 18 months from the issue of the purchase order. It is a domestic order in the ordinary course of business, and neither the promoters nor the group have any interest in the customer.

    Inference

The filing gives a size band and not an exact value. With an 18-month execution period, the revenue would be recognised over a year and a half.
