Net profit rose faster than total income. Consolidated net profit was ₹12.93 crore against ₹1.92 crore a year earlier, while total income rose 70.2% to ₹667.51 crore. Profit before tax rose 283.7%, so profit grew faster than both income and pre-tax profit.

Finance costs fell 43.5% to ₹2.04 crore, which is 0.3% of total income. Tax expense of ₹5.19 crore is 28.7% of profit before tax. The notes do not give a reason for the change in other income.
The consolidated figures include one foreign subsidiary, PT Five Star Textile Indonesia, which the notes classify as a discontinued operation under Ind AS 105. Consolidated net profit of ₹12.93 crore is ₹0.11 crore above standalone net profit of ₹12.82 crore; the notes also list two associates whose share of profit is included in the consolidated figures.

Standalone total income matches consolidated at ₹667.51 crore, and revenue from operations is ₹643.78 crore, up 77.5% YoY. Standalone net profit of ₹12.82 crore compares with ₹1.83 crore a year earlier, a rise of 600.5%, and basic EPS is ₹0.62 against ₹0.09.
Standalone profit before tax is ₹18.01 crore. Other income of ₹23.73 crore is 131.8% of that figure, and tax expense of ₹5.19 crore is 28.8% of it. Real Estate segment revenue was ₹32.78 crore in the quarter, against nil a year earlier, and the notes say the THREE ICC project was launched in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026.
Revenue on THREE ICC is recognised over time under Ind AS 115 to the extent of costs incurred, because the stage of completion has not reached a reasonable level of development, according to the notes. In the quarter, ₹27.53 crore previously capitalised as land improvement cost or capital work-in-progress was moved to inventories as work-in-progress.
The notes say ₹50.42 crore of inventory changes income, ₹2.81 crore of employee benefits expense and ₹89.65 crore of other expenses for the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026 were reclassified to cost of projects, and that the company says this does not affect reported profit and loss.
The notes describe a SEBI order dated 21 Oct 2022 that imposed a penalty of ₹2.25 crore on the company and restrained it from accessing the securities market for two years. On 16 Jan 2026 the Securities Appellate Tribunal, by a majority decision, set aside that order, and SEBI has challenged the decision in the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court listed SEBI's appeals on 13 Jul 2026 and issued notice; the company's replies have been filed and the matter is awaited for listing. The company says it maintains that the financial statements for FY 2011-12 to FY 2017-18 were validly prepared and that all transactions were legitimate. The notes say the SEBI order records no diversion, misutilisation or siphoning of assets.
Inference
The filing shows a dividend of ₹8.57 crore paid in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026, and a Real Estate project launched in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026. Standalone net profit for the half year is ₹19.82 crore.
The filing does not state the nature of the litigated matters for which the exceptional provisions were made, the timing of the Supreme Court hearing after listing, or the effect on results if the Supreme Court sets aside the SAT order.
