Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 9 Oct 2026, approved the unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors. Revenue from operations for the September quarter was ₹121.59 crore, up 17% from ₹103.92 crore a year earlier and up from ₹116.20 crore in the June 2026 quarter.

Profit after tax was ₹59.19 crore, up 21% from ₹48.71 crore a year earlier but below ₹75.60 crore in the June quarter, which included a net gain on fair value changes of ₹29.17 crore against ₹6.38 crore in September. Earnings per share were ₹2.97 against ₹2.44. For the half year, revenue was ₹237.79 crore against ₹200.97 crore, and profit was ₹134.79 crore against ₹109.69 crore.

The board declared an interim dividend of ₹2.00 a share, 20% of the ₹10 face value, with a record date of 16 Oct 2026, to be paid within 30 days.

    Inference

Both revenue and profit were higher than a year earlier. The gap to the June quarter comes mainly from fair-value gains, which vary with market movements and are not part of operating revenue.
