Capri Global Capital Limited reported consolidated total income of ₹1,787.93 crore and net profit of ₹418.33 crore for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026, in unaudited results approved by the Board on 27 Oct 2026. On a standalone basis, total income was ₹1,403.01 crore and net profit was ₹353.31 crore.

Net profit rose 77.3% YoY to ₹418.33 crore, faster than total income, which rose 59.1% to ₹1,787.93 crore. Quarter on quarter, net profit rose 18.4%, against 13.1% for total income. Profit before tax was ₹556.97 crore, up 77.3% from ₹314.09 crore a year earlier.

Interest income was ₹1,464.59 crore for the quarter. Finance costs of ₹652.12 crore were 36.5% of total income, and depreciation of ₹30.44 crore was up 16.7% YoY.

Other income was ₹2.33 crore, which is 0.1% of total income. Tax expense rose 77.5% to ₹138.63 crore, and that tax is 24.9% of profit before tax of ₹556.97 crore.

The company notes that the quarter figures are balancing figures between the year to date figures and the quarters ended 30 Jun 2026 and 30 Jun 2025. No exceptional items are shown for the quarter, and the joint auditors' limited review report is unmodified.

Net profit rose 66.9% YoY to ₹353.31 crore, faster than total income, which rose 60.9% to ₹1,403.01 crore. Quarter on quarter, net profit rose 12.5%, slower than the 13.3% rise in total income.

Profit before tax was ₹472.29 crore, up 66.7% from ₹283.37 crore a year earlier. Tax expense of ₹118.98 crore is 25.2% of that profit before tax.

Finance costs were ₹519.57 crore, up 67.9% YoY and 37.0% of total income, while interest income was ₹1,224.47 crore. Other income was ₹4.98 crore, 0.4% of total income and up 8.4% YoY.

Inference

On 9 Sep 2026 the company issued USD 300,000,000 of 7.55% p.a. fixed rate senior secured notes due December 2029, under its USD 1,000,000,000 global medium term note programme, and the notes are listed on India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and NSE IFSC Limited.

Asset cover stands at excess security cover of ₹3,673.28 crore after meeting the asset cover covenants of all lenders, against borrowings considered for asset cover of ₹23,437.72 crore. Annexure 1 also gives a debt-equity ratio of 3.33 times, a capital adequacy ratio of 22.72%, GNPA of 1.26% and NNPA of 0.85%, and a statement that there is no downgrade in the rating of the debentures as on 30 Sep 2026.
