Can Fin Homes Limited has told the exchanges that CARE Ratings Limited reaffirmed the ratings on its facilities and instruments in a press release dated 9 Oct 2026, which the company received through a BSE email on 12 Oct 2026. The long-term bank facilities of ₹12,000 crore, its non-convertible debentures and its Tier-II bonds are rated CARE AAA; Stable. Its commercial paper of ₹4,500 crore is rated CARE A1+.
The instruments listed in the filing include non-convertible debentures in several tranches, among them ₹2,500 crore, ₹2,240 crore and ₹10,000 crore, and ₹200 crore of Tier-II bonds. The filing lists the ratings in a single table and does not give the rating rationale.
The disclosure is made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and is also available on the company's website.
Inference
AAA is the highest long-term rating on CARE's scale, and a reaffirmation means the agency reviewed the company and left its view unchanged. For lenders and bond investors, the rating is an indicator of the agency's view of how well the company can meet its debt obligations, and a stable outlook means no change is currently expected.
For shareholders, the filing shows no change in the company's credit standing as seen by CARE. The detailed reasons behind the rating are in CARE's press release rather than in this filing.
