CARE upgrades Kernex Microsystems’ long-term rating to BBB/Stable and enhances its facilities

Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited has told the exchanges that CARE Ratings Limited has revised its ratings. The long-term rating on bank facilities is upgraded to CARE BBB; Stable from CARE BBB-; Stable, and the short-term rating is upgraded to CARE A3+ from CARE A3.
The rated amounts have also been enhanced: long-term and short-term bank facilities of ₹125 crore (from ₹100 crore) carry CARE BBB; Stable / CARE A3+, and long-term bank facilities of ₹525 crore (from ₹175 crore) carry CARE BBB; Stable. A further ₹10 crore of long-term facilities has been assigned CARE BBB; Stable.
