The results include ₹275.91 crore of consolidated and ₹244.37 crore of standalone exceptional losses for the year ended 31 Mar 2026, arising from incremental gratuity and leave liability under the New Labour Codes. The company says these are material and non-recurring. The quarter itself shows no exceptional item.
The results carry an unmodified limited review conclusion from B S R & Co. LLP. The board approved them on 27 Oct 2026.
Inference
The filing shows a standalone dividend of ₹1,050.20 crore paid in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026, but does not give a dividend per share or a record date for the current period.
The filing says the scheme of amalgamation of Inzpera Healthsciences Limited awaits NCLT approval. It also reports NPPA demand notices under litigation of ₹2,011 crore, with the company's legal advice that no provision is necessary. The filing does not say how the outcome of these matters would affect future results, and the amount of any such effect is not known.
