    Inference

The filing records a dividend payment of ₹15.99 crore in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026 and paid-up equity share capital of ₹32.00 crore at a face value of ₹5 a share. The board approved the results on 3 Nov 2026, and Nishtha Patel was appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the same date.

The filing does not say why the Expected Credit Loss provision was made beyond the ageing and recoverability assessment, whether it will recur in later quarters, or why other income and tax expense moved as they did.
