Dhanuka Agritech Limited has told the exchanges that it is launching a new product, Tembotrax, in the herbicide category. The disclosure was made on 14 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
The filing describes Tembotrax as a selective, systemic post-emergence herbicide designed to control broadleaf and grassy weeds in maize and sugarcane. It says that, when used as the label directs, the product helps farmers manage troublesome weeds while protecting the crop. The product is for the domestic market and is launched in India.
Inference
A post-emergence herbicide is applied after the weeds have come up, and a selective one targets weeds without harming the crop. The company positions Tembotrax for two crops, maize and sugarcane.
The filing gives no price, launch date, expected sales or investment, so it does not show what the product might add to the company’s revenue.
