DLF Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 16 Oct 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026, along with the limited review reports. Consolidated net profit for the September quarter was ₹1,301.35 crore, up 10% from ₹1,180.09 crore a year earlier, while revenue from operations fell 23% to ₹1,260.58 crore.

Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹1,260.58 crore, against ₹1,643.04 crore in the September 2025 quarter and ₹1,280.34 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Other income rose to ₹1,036.72 crore from ₹618.76 crore a year earlier, so total income was ₹2,297.30 crore, against ₹2,261.80 crore.

Profit after tax before the share of associates and joint ventures was ₹802.07 crore, compared with ₹768.53 crore a year earlier. The share of profit from associates and joint ventures was ₹499.28 crore, against ₹411.56 crore. Basic earnings per share were ₹5.25, against ₹4.77 a year earlier. Net profit was also above the ₹793.90 crore reported for the June 2026 quarter.

For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹2,540.92 crore against ₹4,359.74 crore a year earlier, and net profit was ₹2,095.25 crore against ₹1,942.76 crore. The board meeting ran from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM.

    Inference

Net profit rose even though revenue from operations fell. The results show higher other income and a higher share of profit from associates and joint ventures than a year earlier, which together account for much of the gap between the two measures.

The filing does not explain the fall in revenue from operations. The results statement and its notes carry the detail, and shareholders may want to read them for the reasons behind the quarterly movement.
