E2E Networks Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 16 Oct 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026 and took note of a director’s resignation and a new appointment. The standalone profit for the September quarter was ₹72.71 crore, against a loss of ₹13.46 crore a year earlier, on revenue from operations of ₹223.76 crore, up from ₹43.80 crore.

Revenue from operations was also higher than the ₹156.76 crore of the June 2026 quarter, and total income was ₹233.69 crore against ₹52.11 crore a year earlier. Profit before tax was ₹97.13 crore, against a loss of ₹18.49 crore. Basic earnings per share were ₹3.54, against a loss per share of ₹0.67. Depreciation and amortisation expense was ₹73.97 crore, against ₹42.80 crore a year earlier. For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹380.52 crore against ₹79.92 crore, and profit was ₹116.59 crore against a loss of ₹16.30 crore. The consolidated figures are nearly identical, and the auditors expressed an unmodified review conclusion.

The board took note of the resignation of Ms. Shrimati Ambastha, a non-executive, non-independent nominee director of Larsen & Toubro Limited, with effect from 12 Oct 2026. On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and subject to shareholder approval, it also approved the appointment of Mr. Krishnan Mahesh, another nominee of Larsen & Toubro, as an additional non-executive, non-independent director from 16 Oct 2026.

    Inference

The company moved from a loss to a profit on revenue that was more than five times the year-earlier figure. The filing shows depreciation and finance costs also rising sharply over the year, which is consistent with a larger asset base, though the filing does not describe the investment behind it.

The director change replaces one Larsen & Toubro nominee with another, so the board’s balance between nominee and other directors is not changed by it. The appointment still needs shareholders’ approval.
