Revenue from operations rose 21.0% from a year earlier to ₹58.10 crore, while net profit rose a smaller 12.5% to ₹19.90 crore. Profit before tax grew 13.8%, so net profit grew more slowly than profit before tax over the year.

Depreciation was flat at ₹0.87 crore against the year-earlier quarter.

Those gains are a part of other income and were lower than in the year-earlier quarter, the same period in which the comparison is made.

    Inference

The filing says the board approved the results on 3 Nov 2026 and that the statutory auditors' limited review found nothing to suggest a material misstatement. The filing reports a buy-back that reduced equity share capital by ₹43.40 lakh and other equity by ₹77.70 crore; the reason for the buy-back, its size, price and dates are not stated, and neither is the reason for the change in revenue and other income between the quarters.

The company has one reportable segment under Ind AS 108.
