Ganesha Ecosphere’s subsidiary gets FSSAI approval for its fourth food-grade rPET production line

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has told the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited, has obtained an approval dated 15 Oct 2026 from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for its fourth production line of rPET. The line is at Kakatiya Mega Textile Park in Warangal district, Telangana.
With the approval, Ganesha Ecopet is authorised to manufacture food-grade rPET (FCM-rPET) using the Starlinger recoSTAR PET technology. The authorisation is valid for two years, from 15 Oct 2026 to 14 Oct 2028.
The disclosure was made on 16 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules. The disclosure’s fields on withdrawal, cancellation or suspension of a licence are marked not applicable.
Inference
The approval allows the fourth production line to make rPET that can be used in food-contact applications, which is a regulated category of product. The filing does not say when the line will start production or what volume it can make.
