Gravita India Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that Gravita Netherlands B.V., a step-down wholly owned subsidiary, and Gravita Global Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary, incorporated Green Maputo Recyclers, LDA in the Republic of Mozambique on 2 Oct 2026. It is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The company says the entity was set up to explore future business opportunities and expand its recycling operations in lead, aluminium and rubber. It has no turnover yet, the consideration is in cash, and no regulatory approvals are required.
Inference
The entity is new and has no revenue, so the filing marks the intent to enter a new country and not an existing business. The investment amount is not given in the part reviewed here.
