Himadri Speciality Chemical’s September-quarter profit rises 31% to ₹231 crore as revenue grows 58%

Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited has told the exchanges that it released its unaudited consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 Sep 2026 on 16 Oct 2026. Net profit after tax for the September quarter was ₹231.32 crore, up 31% from ₹176.14 crore a year earlier, and revenue from operations rose 58% to ₹1,691.43 crore from ₹1,071.03 crore.

Revenue from operations was 18% above the ₹1,431.88 crore of the June 2026 quarter, and net profit was 1% above the ₹228.43 crore of that quarter. Basic earnings per share were ₹4.60, against ₹3.58 a year earlier.

The ratios in the filing show the net profit margin at 13.68% of revenue, against 16.45% a year earlier, and the operating margin at 17.93%, against 22.21%. The debt-equity ratio was 0.22 times, against 0.21 times a year earlier.

For the six months, revenue from operations was ₹3,123.31 crore against ₹2,189.32 crore a year earlier, and net profit was ₹459.75 crore against ₹355.50 crore.

Revenue grew faster than profit this quarter, so the profit margin was lower than a year earlier even though profit in rupees was higher. The filing’s ratios show this in both the net profit margin and the operating margin.
