Hindustan Copper Limited has told the exchanges that Shri Abhimanue Singh, who was Executive Director and Unit Head of the Taloja Copper Project and Gujarat Copper Project, has taken charge as Executive Director and Unit Head of the Malanjkhand Copper Project with effect from 11 Oct 2026. The change follows the company’s letter of 26 Sep 2026, and the disclosure was made on 12 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
The company says Shri Singh is not related to any director or key managerial person of the company or to their relatives.
