Hubtown (NSE: HUBTOWN) reported a standalone net profit of ₹23.53 crore for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026 on total income of ₹76.96 crore, it said in a filing on 29 Oct 2026. The statutory auditors qualified their review conclusion on unprovided interest on inter-corporate deposits.

Net profit rose far faster than income. Other income is 76.9% of total income this quarter, so most of the quarter's income is not from revenue from operations.
