IIFL Capital Services (NSE: IIFLCAPS) has approved the appointment of Vasudev Jagannath as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for three years, and his re-designation as Managing Director from 1 Jan 2027, it said in a filing on 28 Oct 2026. Both steps are subject to shareholder, regulator and other approvals.
The appointment and the planned re-designation
The Board approved Vasudev Jagannath's appointment as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) for three years at its meeting on 28 Oct 2026. The appointment takes effect from the date of the requisite regulatory approval.
