Indegene Limited has told the exchanges that Mr. Mark Francis Dzialga, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has resigned by a letter dated 14 Oct 2026, with effect from the close of business on 29 Oct 2026. The company says he gave the reason as the sale of the entire shareholding in the company held by Brighton Park Capital and its affiliated investment vehicles.
Mr. Dzialga will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Investment Committee of the board from 29 Oct 2026. The filing encloses the resignation letter and the details required under Regulation 30.
