L&T Finance’s September-quarter consolidated profit rises 46% to ₹973 crore

L&T Finance Limited has reported unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026. Consolidated total income for the quarter was ₹5,484.42 crore, up about 26.6% from ₹4,333.09 crore in the same quarter a year earlier and from ₹5,243.49 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Profit after tax and share in profit of associates was ₹972.76 crore, against ₹666.37 crore a year earlier, a rise of about 46%.
For the half year, total income was ₹10,727.91 crore against ₹8,590.16 crore a year earlier, and profit after tax was ₹1,888.75 crore, of which ₹915.99 crore was earned in the June quarter.
The statement reports interest income, dividend income, fees and net gains on fair value changes as parts of revenue from operations. The results are unaudited and were reviewed by the statutory auditors.
