Inference
The filing reports a Board approval of a corporate guarantee, letter of comfort or post dated cheques of up to ₹15 crore for Lumax Greenfuel Energy Solutions Private Limited, in which the company holds 60%. The company says there is no foreseeable impact on the company from this, as the loan is needed for the subsidiary's capex and working capital.
The Board also approved a new Mechatronics manufacturing facility at Manesar, Haryana, with a capital outlay of around ₹150 crore, funded by a mix of debt and internal accruals. The company expects peak annualized turnover of around ₹500 crore after commissioning, in two phases starting Q3 FY 2028. The filing does not give the split between debt and internal accruals, and the results do not show any dividend declared for the quarter.
Consolidated EPS of ₹15.48 and standalone EPS of ₹13.06 reflect the profit figures above; the filing does not say how much of the profit will be paid out.
