Netweb Technologies India to incorporate Taiwan subsidiary

Netweb Technologies India (NSE: NETWEB) plans to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Taiwan, the board approving the proposal on 24 Oct 2026, it said in a filing on 24 Oct 2026. The incorporation process has not yet been initiated, and the subsidiary's name and incorporation date are still to be decided.
The proposed Taiwan subsidiary
Netweb Technologies India will hold 100% of the proposed subsidiary, which is to be incorporated in Taiwan with the date to be determined. The company says the subsidiary will operate in the same industry as the parent, computer hardware and servers, and that its name is subject to approval by the relevant authority.
