Standalone net profit fell more than total income, both year on year and quarter on quarter. Total income of ₹252.85 crore was 56.5% lower than the ₹580.90 crore of the same quarter a year ago, and net profit fell 65.9%, from ₹91.96 crore to ₹31.38 crore. Against the June 2026 quarter, total income fell 36.9% from ₹400.75 crore and net profit fell 44.6% from ₹56.63 crore.

Revenue from operations of ₹248.88 crore fell 57.0% from ₹579.31 crore a year earlier, while other income rose 149.7% to ₹3.97 crore. Other income of ₹3.97 crore is 9.4% of profit before tax of ₹42.35 crore, and 1.6% of total income.

Finance costs were ₹6.27 crore, 2.5% of total income, up 60.2% from ₹3.91 crore. Depreciation rose 60.0%, to ₹13.99 crore from ₹8.75 crore. Tax expense of ₹10.98 crore was 25.9% of profit before tax of ₹42.35 crore.

The filing says the figures for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2025 are balancing figures, compiled by management between the unaudited six months to 30 Sep 2025 and the unaudited quarter to 30 Jun 2025, and that neither has been audited or reviewed. The year-earlier basic EPS of ₹8.16 has been adjusted retrospectively for bonus shares allotted in the ratio of 4:1 in that quarter.

The year ended 31 Mar 2026 included an exceptional item of ₹3.13 crore for the New Labour Codes: an increase in gratuity liability of ₹2.31 crore and in leave liability of ₹81.90 lakh. The statement shows a dash for the exceptional item in this quarter.

The board noted the resignation of Kuldeep Singh Sachdeva, President & Chief Medical Officer and Senior Management Personnel, dated 22 Oct 2026, with cessation effective from the close of business on 21 Jan 2027. The board also appointed Rakesh Hulihalli & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as secretarial auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval.

The company completed its IPO during the quarter and the six months to 30 Sep 2026, and its shares were listed on NSE and BSE on 17 Aug 2026. The company says the ₹200.00 crore of fresh issue proceeds is in the process of being utilised towards the objects of the offer, with unutilised proceeds temporarily invested in fixed deposits and other bank balances. The offer for sale by selling shareholders was aggregating ₹739.70 crore. The board approved a monitoring agency report on the IPO proceeds for the quarter.

A survey under Section 133A of the Income-tax Act was carried out in the year ended March 2024, and the department has raised tax demands of ₹20.87 crore plus interest and penalty for AY 2020-21 to 2024-25. The company has appealed and has paid ₹7.90 crore under protest; management is confident of a favourable outcome and has made no adjustments in these results. The statutory auditor's limited review gave an unmodified opinion. The filing does not give a reason for the fall in revenue from operations, or the amount of IPO proceeds used so far.
