Inference
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share of face value ₹5 for FY 2025-26 on 26 Aug 2026, which is 60% of face value. It follows an interim dividend of ₹2 per share declared on 20 Apr 2026, making 100% for the year. The filing does not give the record date or payment date for the final dividend.
Shareholders approved a 1:1 bonus issue at the annual general meeting on 21 Sep 2026. The circular resolution of 12 Oct 2026 allotted 3,32,28,914 bonus equity shares, and per-share figures are restated for all periods shown.
The filing does not give the reason for the lower volume in Lubricants packaging or for the fall in net profit from the June quarter.
