Net profit grew more slowly than income. Total income rose 48.1% year on year, while net profit rose 25.8%, and profit before tax rose 18.6%. Tax expense was ₹15.53 crore, slightly below the year-earlier ₹15.83 crore, so the tax expense as a share of profit before tax fell to 21.5%.
Finance costs of ₹2.84 crore are 2.3% of total income this quarter, against ₹1.36 crore a year earlier, when they were a smaller share of a smaller income base. The notes say that the consolidated results include fair value changes: a net gain of 587.35 lakh within revenue and a net loss of 1518.14 lakh in expenses for the quarter. The filing does not give the reason for the loss.
Consolidated borrowings other than debt securities were ₹86.82 crore at 30 Sep 2026, against ₹26.76 crore at 31 Mar 2026.
