NCLAT grants an early hearing in the Asier Metals appeal against Polycab, now listed for 15 Oct

Polycab India Limited has told the exchanges that the appeal in the matter of Asier Metals Private Limited vs. Polycab India Limited, which was earlier listed before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, on 26 Oct 2026, was mentioned on 14 Oct 2026 for an early hearing. The tribunal granted the request, and the appeal is now scheduled to be heard on 15 Oct 2026.
