Polycab India Limited has told the exchanges that the appeal in the matter of Asier Metals Private Limited vs. Polycab India Limited was listed on 15 Oct 2026 before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi. The tribunal heard the matter and has reserved its order.
The disclosure was filed on 16 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules. It follows the company’s earlier intimations on the same appeal dated 7, 8, 9 and 14 Oct 2026.
Polycab says it will inform the stock exchanges once it receives the order passed by the tribunal. It also says it will continue to notify the exchanges of material events or information as they occur.
Inference
When a tribunal reserves its order, it has finished hearing the parties and will announce its decision at a later date. The filing does not say when the order is expected or what the outcome might be.
The filing does not describe the claim or any amount involved, and it points to the earlier intimations for the background. Shareholders will learn the result only when the company reports the order to the exchanges.
