Net profit fell faster than income. Consolidated total income dropped 11.4% from a year earlier, while net profit dropped 46.7%, and profit before tax fell by the same proportion. The gap sits below the revenue line: revenue from operations fell 12.6%, and the statement shows no reason for the fall in revenue from operations from the June 2026 quarter.

Other income rose to ₹7.50 crore from ₹1.80 crore a year earlier and makes up 1.6% of total income this quarter, or 10.9% of profit before tax of ₹68.98 crore. Tax of ₹17.35 crore is 25.2% of profit before tax, against ₹32.58 crore a year earlier.

Finance costs of ₹7.31 crore are 1.6% of total income, up from ₹5.37 crore a year earlier, and depreciation rose 27.6% to ₹28.77 crore.

Standalone figures track the consolidated ones closely. Total income of ₹457.15 crore is the same as the consolidated figure, and net profit of ₹51.13 crore is ₹0.50 crore below the consolidated ₹51.63 crore. Net profit fell 47.0% YoY, slightly more than consolidated net profit.

Tax expense is ₹17.35 crore, the same as the consolidated figure, and is 25.3% of standalone profit before tax.

Standalone finance costs of ₹7.31 crore rose 36.8% YoY from ₹5.34 crore. The standalone statement carries no separate segment note; segment information is given in the consolidated results.

    Inference

The filing says the board approved capital expenditure of about ₹47.1 crore including GST to acquire a land parcel of about 6 acres at Domadugu Village, Sangareddy District, Telangana, funded through internal accruals, with the rationale given as future capacity expansion. The company gives no timing for capacity additions on the land and no revenue or profit impact.

The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the limited review. Two subsidiaries with total assets of ₹12.64 crore were not reviewed by their auditors, and the auditor calls them not material to the group. The filing does not say why revenue from operations fell in the quarter, which is the main gap for a reader comparing it with the June 2026 quarter.
