Orient Electric’s September-quarter revenue rises 25% to ₹879 crore; pre-tax profit before exceptional items more than doubles

Orient Electric Limited has reported unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026. Revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹879.34 crore, up about 25.2% from ₹702.61 crore in the same quarter a year earlier and lower than ₹949.76 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Total income was ₹883.26 crore.
Profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹36.47 crore, against ₹16.30 crore a year earlier and ₹42.46 crore in the June quarter, a rise of about 124% year on year. For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹1,829.10 crore against ₹1,471.69 crore, a rise of about 24.3%.
