Pace Digitek Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that it has received a Letter of Intent aggregating ₹1,794 million, which is ₹179.4 crore, from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited. The work covers the design, supply, testing, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of battery energy storage systems with an aggregate contracted capacity of 57.5 MW/115 MWh at four BRPL grid station locations, for on-demand operation.

    Inference

A letter of intent is an award notice that comes before a final contract. The filing includes operation and maintenance, so the revenue would include service work as well as equipment.
