Net profit grew faster than income. Net profit rose 129.5% to ₹1.56 crore while total income rose 11.1%, and profit before tax rose 140.9% to ₹1.79 crore.

Revenue from operations rose 11.2% to ₹16.94 crore, faster than other income, which rose 5.7% to ₹0.20 crore. Other income is 1.2% of total income this quarter, so the reported growth is almost entirely from operations.

Finance costs fell to ₹0.04 crore from ₹0.21 crore a year earlier, which is 0.2% of total income. Tax expense rose to ₹0.23 crore from ₹0.06 crore, and is 12.6% of profit before tax. The tax expense includes a deferred tax credit of ₹17.85 lakh and a credit of ₹3.82 lakh for taxes of earlier years.

The filing does not explain the reason for the change in other income.

    Inference

The Audit Committee reviewed the half-year results before Board approval, and the statutory auditors expressed an unmodified opinion on them, according to note 1. Bilimoria Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, issued a limited review report dated 6 Nov 2026.

The cash flow statement shows dividend paid of ₹63.30 lakh in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026 and the same amount in the year to 31 Mar 2026. Whether a dividend is declared or recommended in this filing is not stated, and the filing gives no reason for the fall in other income or the change in depreciation.

The statement covers standalone results only; no consolidated statement appears in the filing.
