The statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report on the standalone results and a limited review report with no modification on the consolidated results of the parent and four subsidiaries. The cash flow statement shows no dividend paid in the six months to 30 Sep 2026, against ₹40.53 crore paid in the six months to 30 Sep 2025. The year ended 31 Mar 2026 includes a labour code exceptional item of ₹4.70 crore; the quarter has none.
The filing does not state the reason for the fall in quarterly profit, the rise in finance costs, the rise in revenue or the rise in depreciation, and the consolidated statement figures are not in the pages reviewed.
