Net profit rose 79.3% year on year, more slowly than profit before tax at 83.0%, while tax expense rose 94.6% to ₹8.19 crore. Tax took 25.7% of profit before tax this quarter, against a lower share in the year-earlier quarter.

Revenue from operations of ₹359.81 crore makes up nearly all of total income. Other income of ₹2.11 crore is 0.6% of total income and 6.6% of profit before tax, and it rose 302.9% from ₹0.52 crore in the year-earlier quarter.

Finance costs fell to ₹1.45 crore from ₹5.00 crore a year earlier. The notes do not give a reason for the year-earlier level, and the year-earlier quarter figures were not audited or reviewed by the statutory auditors, according to note 4.

The company listed its shares on BSE and NSE on 19 Mar 2026 after an IPO comprising a fresh issue of ₹78.73 crore and an offer for sale of ₹76.25 crore. As at 30 Sep 2026, unutilised IPO proceeds stood at ₹21.58 crore.

The cash flow statement for the six months shows loans and advances given of ₹34.52 crore. The notes do not explain these loans.

    Inference

The statutory auditor, Ruparel & Bavadiya, issued a limited review report that found nothing to indicate a material misstatement in the statement.

The filing does not say what the ₹4.18 crore dividend relates to or what per-share amount was paid, and it gives no reason for the loans and advances.
