Reliance Industrial Infrastructure’s September-quarter revenue falls 31% to ₹8.35 crore as profit slips 8%

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited has told the exchanges that it released its unaudited consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026 on 14 Oct 2026. Revenue from operations for the September quarter fell 31% to ₹8.35 crore from ₹12.17 crore a year earlier, and profit after tax and share of the associate fell 8% to ₹2.80 crore from ₹3.06 crore.
Revenue from operations was also below the ₹8.64 crore of the June 2026 quarter. Total income, including other income of ₹5.71 crore, was ₹14.06 crore, against ₹18.13 crore a year earlier. Total expenses were ₹11.33 crore, against ₹14.62 crore, and profit before tax was ₹2.73 crore, against ₹3.51 crore. Basic and diluted earnings per share were ₹1.85, against ₹2.03.
For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹16.99 crore against ₹24.63 crore a year earlier, and profit after tax and share of the associate was ₹5.64 crore against ₹6.16 crore.
Inference
Revenue fell by nearly a third, while profit fell by much less, because expenses fell by about 22% and other income was close to last year’s level. Other income made up about 41% of total income in the quarter.
The company’s share of its associate’s profit was lower than a year earlier, at ₹0.19 crore against ₹0.48 crore. The filing does not explain the fall in revenue.
