S H Kelkar and Company Limited (NSE: SHK) has received cautionary Exchange Letters from BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India over the late submission of its intimation of an investors and analysts meet held on 03 Mar 2025, it said in a filing on 27 Oct 2026.
The letters concern a late meet intimation
The BSE letter, received at 01:32 p.m. on 27 Oct 2026, and the NSE letter, received at 04:32 p.m. the same day, both refer to the company's announcement of 27 Feb 2025 on the schedule of an investors and analysts meet held on 03 Mar 2025. Both say the intimation was not submitted within the prescribed timeline.
