Saatvik Green Energy wins a ₹100 crore MSEDCL order for 5,000 solar water pumps

Saatvik Green Energy Limited has told the exchanges that it has received an order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems of 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP capacity at identified farmers’ sites in Maharashtra. The disclosure was made on 10 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.

The order covers 5,000 pumps for about ₹100 crore, excluding GST. It includes a complete system warranty, repair and maintenance and a remote monitoring system for five years, under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana, which is under the PM KUSUM B scheme. The installation and commissioning of the pumps must be done within 60 days of the work order from the circle office. The company describes it as a domestic commercial order, and says no promoter or promoter group company has an interest in the customer.

Inference

The order works out to about ₹2 lakh a pump before GST, a figure calculated from the filing’s numbers. The five years of maintenance and monitoring are part of the same order value.

The 60-day installation window runs from the work order, which is yet to be issued by the circle office, so the revenue timing depends on that date. The filing does not say when the work order is expected.
