Saksoft Limited has told the exchanges on 9 Oct 2026 that it has received a rectified order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Augmento Labs Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, with and into Saksoft. The original order was dated 16 Sep 2026 and the company had reported its sanction on 23 Sep 2026.
The rectified order corrects certain factual details in the original order, as the company had brought to the tribunal’s attention. A copy of the rectified order was filed as an annexure.
