Samhi Hotels Limited has told the exchanges on 9 Oct 2026 that CARE Ratings has reaffirmed ratings on its bank facilities. Long-term facilities of ₹138.17 crore, reduced from ₹228.32 crore, are rated CARE A+; Stable, and long-term/short-term facilities of ₹50.68 crore are rated CARE A+; Stable/CARE A1.

CARE also rated facilities of two subsidiaries. Duet India Hotels (Hyderabad) Private Limited has long-term facilities of ₹171.49 crore, reduced from ₹178.60 crore, and short-term facilities of ₹16.00 crore. Duet India Hotels (Ahmedabad) Private Limited has long-term facilities of ₹35.79 crore, reduced from ₹37.30 crore, and short-term facilities of ₹1.00 crore. All are reaffirmed at A+; Stable or A1.

    Inference

The rated long-term amounts have gone down at the company and both subsidiaries, which is consistent with repayment of loans. The ratings themselves are unchanged.
