Silver Touch Technologies Limited has told the exchanges on 7 Oct 2026 that it has received a purchase order from ITI Limited, a Government of India public sector undertaking, for 80 high-performance enterprise servers with a three-year warranty, for a defence project where the end customer is the Indian Army. The order is valued at ₹35,63,18,292.20 including GST.
The order envisages an annual maintenance contract for eight years after the warranty, valued at ₹14,04,07,208.04 including GST, to be placed later if required. The potential value over the 11-year lifecycle is about ₹49.67 crore. The order was won through a two-bid tender followed by a reverse auction.
Inference
About 28% of the potential value is the maintenance contract, which is optional and would be placed only after the warranty ends. Both values include GST, so the amounts before tax are lower.
