Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has told the exchanges that it released its unaudited consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026 on 16 Oct 2026. The company made a profit of ₹28.46 crore in the September quarter, against a loss of ₹10.10 crore a year earlier, and revenue from operations rose 33% to ₹417.34 crore from ₹313.54 crore.
Revenue from operations was 9% above the ₹381.60 crore of the June 2026 quarter, and profit was above the ₹16.31 crore of that quarter. Profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹32.96 crore, against a loss of ₹10.10 crore a year earlier. An exceptional loss of ₹4.50 crore in the quarter brought profit before tax to ₹28.46 crore. The filing shows no tax expense in either period.
Finance costs were ₹17.78 crore, against ₹20.83 crore a year earlier, and depreciation and amortisation expense was ₹26.64 crore, against ₹24.49 crore. For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹798.94 crore against ₹632.69 crore a year earlier, and profit was ₹44.77 crore against ₹0.42 crore.

The company moved from a loss to a profit on the year, with revenue about a third higher and finance costs lower. The filing shows total expenses rising by less than revenue, which is why the result turned positive.
