STL Networks Limited has told the exchanges that it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, STL Networks DC Limited. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the certificate of incorporation on 10 Oct 2026, and the company made the disclosure the same day under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules, following its letters of 11 Sep 2026 and 15 Sep 2026.
The new company is incorporated in India. Its main objective is to set up, acquire, own, operate, manage and market data centre and telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions and connectivity services, and to obtain the licences and approvals that it needs. STL Networks subscribed in cash to 100% of its initial paid-up share capital. As a subsidiary, it is a related party of STL Networks.

The new company has only just been incorporated and has no operations. The filing sets out its objectives but does not give any investment amount or timeline for the data centre business.
Any further funding that STL Networks puts in, or any assets it transfers to the subsidiary, would be reported separately.
